Kathryn Musilek
Founder & CEO
Kathryn Musilek got her start in PR with Elizabeth Freund at Beautiful Day Media, working for Ringo Starr and other legacy artists. Her pivot to Comedians, Entertainment Releases, Entrepreneurs and Podcasters was an organic and gradual shift. She has enthusiastically helmed Shark Party Media since she founded it in 2007. She also enjoys playing piano, scoring films, and arguing about arthouse cinema with friends over martinis.
Andrew Gerhan
Senior PR / Guesting Expert
Andrew Gerhan first experienced PR as a client. A lifelong musician, he engaged with PR for releases and tours, giving him respect and enthusiasm for the role. Becoming a publicist himself in 2018, Gerhan gives this respect and enthusiasm to his clients and their work. Formerly a physics researcher, Gerhan learned to efficiently communicate complex and nuanced ideas to a broad audience, a skill that is vital in PR. He remains a musician, and a cyclist too.

Leo Garza López moved from Monterrey, Mexico to New York City in 2018. As a trans person and an immigrant, he understands the importance of ensuring everyone feels comfortable and connected by the language used when representing them. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, reading, and making art with his friends.
